A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies the response. Loving County Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.

Loving County Criminal History does not sell, maintain, or assemble a database of personal criminal-record information. It publishes general information about locating records held by the Loving County Sheriff's Office, the combined Loving County and District Clerk, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not compiled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search tools displayed on this website. Information submitted through a tool is handled under that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention and disclosure practices. Review the applicable provider policy before entering a query.
